THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $50.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE APPLICABLE CLAIM.
